Small Cut In Foreskin Turned Into Scab, Inflammation With Mild Itching. Suggest Remedy

Hi, I caught my foreskin with my nail about three weeks ago in the night. I looked in the morning and it was a bit red and a small cut. I cleaned it and left it. I has now been three weeks and the cut turned into a scab which tried to scab over but as its inside my penis it cant get any air to it and it formed a scab that didnt go hard. It bcame inflamed and now if i feel it, the skin underneath has gone quite hard. It is about 10mm in diameter now and is itching a little

it could have got infected.You can use a broad spectrum antibacterial and antifungal cream like clotrimazole plus neomycin.But better show a surgeon and have a physical examination.In some cases need excision of fore skin.
