Small Dark Patch Over Left Breast And Nipple Is Itchy. Pains From Arm To Elbow. Underlying Causes?

I am a 34 yr old female and a few years ago I noticed a small dark patch over my left breast . Over the years the patch has stretched across my whole left breast and darkened in color . At time my nipple is it itchy and I have pain that travels down my arm to my elbow. There is no nipple discharge and it is hard for me to find a lump as to me my breast feel naturally lumpy. What could the discoloration be from?

Hi small dark patch of the breast and itchy nipple can be due to hypertrophic scar on the breast.it appears as such or after injury to the part involved.pain in the arm can be due to acute gastritis or due to stretching of the muscles.the best treatment option is intralesional steriod injection once in every fifteen days.and use antihistamine atarax 25 mg at night can decrease itching
