Small Hard Lump, Pain, Treated For A Small Exterman Hemorrhoid. Reason?

Hi, I have a small hard lump way up close to the birth of my bum. When I touch it it feels like cartilage and it feels painful and puts pressure in the whole area. I'm scared and worried. Was treated for a small exterman hemorrhoid and all that went away but the lump. I can poop without issues it's just the lump driving me crazy not knowing what it is.
