Small, Hard, White Lumps On Scrotum That Cause Itchy And Flaky Skin. Any Ideas?
I have got about 4 small, hard, white lumps on my scrotum . They really itch and cause flakey, itchy skin as well. Since I ve had these I ve also had spots on my thighs, but I don t know if they re related. The itchiness tends to get worse at night time, after a shower or when they have a change of temperature. Any ideas what this could be?
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have multiple sebaceous cysts over scrotum and thigh..Scrotal skin is rich in sebaceous glands compared to rest f the body hence more prone for getting sebaceous cysts which occur due to accumulation of sebaceous material beneath the skin.
Normally no treatment is required as they subside over a period of time,
Treatment is needed in case they get infected or increase in size.
