Small Hole In Public Hairline Left By Squeezed Bump Can Be STD Symptom?

I had a bump on my pubic hairline that was painful to touch when trying to squeeze out whatever was inside, which was a clearish bloody looking fluid. I thought it was an ingrown hair, so I tweezed the hairs around it. The bump itself is gone, but it has left a small hole behind. I had unprotected sex with someone 3 years ago, I said no when he said he didn't have protection, but he didn't listen. Could it be an STD? And what type? It hasn't spread anywhere, but it is worrying me.

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

It is definitely not STD. It's more likely to be folliculitis which is infection of hair follicles.
It's highly unlikely to be STD as no STD has so long incubation period of 3 years.

Rest be assured there is no cause for concern.

Take care

Best Regards
Dr Deepak Kishore
