Small Itchy Bumps In Anal Opening. Have Hairy Butt. What Could It Be?
Hi, yesterday evening I woke from sleep to discover a clister of 4 small uniform sized small bumps about 2 inches from my anal opening on the bottom right buttcheek. They are flesh colored (I'm light brown skinned), solid, and not hard or soft--just regular. They itch, but not when nothing's rubbing against them (other cheek/ hair/ undies). I have not scratched them. No signs of breakage or infection. I used a new honey/oatmeal natural bar soap for the first time yesterday and ditched it today. I have a rather hairy butt as well (which isn't helping with the itching at times). Any idea what these could be? I want to rule out herpes. They don't match the pictures I've seen. Please help.

you might be suffering from anal warts,
Another possibility is molluscum.
Both are viral conditions and are contagious,
Also treatment for both the conditions is simple.
A photograph would have helped in giving a closer diagnosis.
