Small Lump On Neck, Redness, Swelling Near Bump. Due To Tetanus Shot Given In Left Arm?

I have a small lump on the left side of my neck that is about the size of a dime, just felt it today but did have a tetanus shot last week, could it have anything to do with it or what may it have come from? The shot was given in my left arm also. My neck is alittle red and swollen near the bump. Help me if you can figure this out as it worries me? Thanks for your help!!

It is possibly not related to vaccination. Applying hot fomentation to the area of redness will definitely help reducing it.
Take care
