Small Mass Behind My Rigth Nipple And It Hurts

Hi i'm a male of 17 and have noticed recently that i have a small mass developing behind my rigth nipple it is not visable on the surface but i can feel in and hurts mildly when i press upon it what might this be?

Hi.. It could be normal to have some pain over the nipple on pressing.. You can relax. If the pain increases or if you notice any skin changes, then get it checked by one of your doctor..
