Small Penis, Uncomfortable. Which Position Is Best For Deep Penetration ?

I got married about a month ago. My wife wanted to wait a month before sex. We used to do foreplay and stuff. Last week we decided to have sex with a condom...Problem is I just started to enter her and she screamed to stop. I am not sure i even went fully into her...Also my penis is quite small, so which position is best for deep penetration. The conventional method was very difficult.

First time it will be difficult to penetrate easily....penis more than 2 cms while erect is sufficient to satisfy your partner since only 2 cms of vagina is sensitive to touch...
Rare entry will be good position to enter.
