Small Pimple On Neck, Used Sun Bed, Mild Scarring. Treatment?

i had lost of small pimples on my neck almost like acne , i tried everything to get it away and nothing worked, i tried anti biotics, facials, creams, the pill etc etc... no luck,, i then recently started going in the sun bed and its gone!, its only left mild scaring. i would just like to know what it could have been ? why the sun?

Hi i think the small pimple on the back of the neck can be psoriatic patch.hence when exposed to sunlight due to ultraviolet rays it got subsided and a scar appeared in its place.apply regular moisturiser to prevent recurrences.scar can be removed by application of flutivate ointment over the lesion
