Small Pink Fleshy Lump On Top Of Tonsil, Growing In Size. Any Ideas?

11 days ago I thought i had a mouth ulcer on the roof of my mouth but when I looked there was a small pink fleshy lump. I thought it was because i ate prawn crackers which may have scratched my throat. This morning i can feel it still there and it may have grown slightly, it doesnt hurt but looks like it is on my top part of the left tonsil
