Small Red Itchy Bumps On Scalp, Forms Yellow Crust. Shampoos Not Working. How To Get Relief?

Hi
I have been suffering from small red bumps on my scalp. They weep a clear liquid and itch badly. When left for a while the liquid hardens forming a yellow crust that clumps my hair. I only had one at first but now two more have risen in separate areas of my head. I have looked on the internet and some people seem to be having the same problem but don't know a definite cure. I am currently using Head and Shoulders shampoo which was said to be good for this but it hasn't helped.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

Probably you are suffering from eczema of scalp.

Apply a mild steroid lotion like desonide,

Use sebowash shampoo.

Also take an antihistamine tablet.

This will give you some relief.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
