Small Red Spots On Inner Thighs, No Sensitivity. Have PCOS.Reasons?

its been a few years since i have had very small red spots appear on my inner thighs. They resemble small pimples but only slightly bumpy. After a few days they turn dark and disappear only to appear after a few weeks again. They doenst seem to hurt or are not even scratchy. i have PCOS . can this be due to vaginal bacteriosis or some other infection?.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hye! Lesions you are having would be candidal infection or folliculitis , It may be due to decreased immunity and hormonal disturbances as you are having pcos. Consult dermatologist and go for invesstigation , after that take expert treatment. OK
