Small Soft Pink Spots On Side Of Scrotum. No Pain, Itching. What Are They?

I have small soft pink spots on one side of my scrotum , they Havent grown or multiplied but just appeared almost overnight, they seem to disappear when the skin stretched and dont cause any pain or itching. What can these be? They change colour depending on temperature, sometimes hardly any different to the skin around them?

hi, what you describe may be small angiomas of skin (benign tumors of blood vessels). However you may consult a dermatologist if they grow in size/increase in number/bleed/show crusting etc. Take care.
