Small Spots Turning Black On The Body. Sore Moles On The Back And Neck. What Are These?

Small spots (around the size of a freckle I suppose) that range in color from light tan to black have been appearing all over my body at a rapid pace (8-10 new ones in just the last 24 hours). The moles on my upper back and neck have been sore for a couple days as well. I can't seem to find anything that matches my these symptoms.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare Magic
From your description I can suggest some differential diagnosis. Such a rapid progression is unusual and it is better to get a dermatologist's opinion as early as possible. It could actually be freckles and a recent over exposure to sunlight might explain the sudden flare.
Mole becoming sore and small spots all over might even be Malignant melanoma. Other condition which I thought of was Seborrhoeic keratosis, however 8-10 lesions in one day is unusual. A photograph would have helped. It is better to see a dermatologist as early as possible.
Hope this helped
Take care
