Small Testicles. Options For Enlarging Testicles And Penis?

Hello. My name is Tim. I'm a 40 yr old, healthy white male. My embarrassing question is This. My testicles have always appeared to be unusually small, ever since I can remember. Also, they always seem like they never dropped completely. This is an extremely sensitive and personal heart ache and obstacle my whole life, just because I always felt inadequate,and embarrassed that I never seem to measure up. My penis is also, just kind of avg at best..Please tell me if there are reasons or causes, AND what is my best options for enlarging my testicles and penis ! And options that have proven results, not some gimmick on pumps, pills and creams...Please HELP...!!!

Size of the penis and testis is genetically determined.
If it is not descended properly then it is corrected by surgery.
There is no any medicines to increase the size of testis and penis.
Don't buy it after watching any advertisement.
Massage gives some effects on penis due to excitement and hormonal response.
Get examined by surgeon for better guidance.
