Small White Dot On The Inside Of Swollen Penis, Bumps On Shaft. Did Have Unprotected Sex. Reasons ?

Hi I have a small white dot on the inside of my penis hole I just had unprotected sex for the first time 5days ago she has been checked for everything and nothing has come up Also I m getting bumps on my shaft and around my penis hole was kind of swolen and is sore I have no itching or burning when peeing these are my only symptoms

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have infection of the glans penis and urethra due to unprotected sex.

Though you do not have any symptoms being a unprotected sex I would suggest you to get basic tests for STD done to be rest assured about not acquiring STD.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .
