Small White Milky Spots Between Toes, Filled With Something, Painful. What It Could Be?

2-3 small White milky looking spots between my last two toes, may be filled with something. Very painful, to walk or even resting. Apperd overnight. Other foot in same spot is tender but no visible signs of any spots, just slightly red. Any suggestions? Thank you for your time.

Hello and welcome to HCM,

The condition you described sounds like candidal intertrigo. A fungal infection in the folds of body .

Since you are also experiencing pain, it may be due to inflammation. Apply a combination of antifungal plus steroids like onabet B, and take oral anti inflammatory for pain like ibuprofen.

Hope I helped.
