Small White Swellings Under The Foreskin, No Pain Or Discomfort. Is It Curable?
Just below the head of my penis , underneath the foreskin , I ve always had small white swellings – more like little hard pimples , even when I was just a kid. Lately I ve noticed there are more. They don t hurt or cause any discomfort other than their appearance, but I would like to get rid of them. Is this common? Can they be treated

It is pearly penile purpura..normal thing..do not worry..do not required any treatment..but if you can get removal through Radiofrequency machine..
I would not advice for any treatment..just keep clean.
