Smelly Yellow Vaginal Discharge, Itchy, Swollen, Used Thrush, No Improvement. Treatment?

I'm 20 years old and about 2 weeks ago I started getting an awful smell around my vagina and then I started to have yellow smelly vaginal discharge. I used thrush medication as I thought it was the issue but it hasn't made an improvement. My vagina has started to get very itchy and now the vaginal lips have swollen slightly due to me rubbing against it so much. Do you know what this could be?

Hi,
You seem to have bacterial vulvo vaginitis .The manegment consists of -
- Local as well oral administration of medicine according to a Gynecologist's
advice. Usually metranidazol with appropriate antibiotic preparations in oral
& vaginal creme/ pessary form are given
-local higyne -routine as well as during menses is important for cure &
prevention point of view.
