Smoked Meth A Few Times. Taking Xrayeda. What Can Be Done?

I've smoked meth a few times at least 5 times not understanding what it really was.this was a year ago.an like a dummy I held it in a few times.Ive been xrayeda few times an they said I looked okay.but everyday I get up sick to my stomache thinking of the things I've probably done that I can't undo now an I'm ashamed and really scared!!! I'm never smoking anything again!!!! Please tell me its possible for my lungs to heal from this!
