Smoker, Overweight, On BP Medicines, Left Carotid Stenting. Doppler Show Still Open. Tired, Anxiety, Chest Pain. Depression ?

HI, 53 yrs old, 3 bp meds, smoker, overweight . 6 years ago left carotid stenting. dopplers show still completely open. feel tired, achy muscles, lots of out of the blue anxiety, neck, shoulder , chest muscle pain constantly for years. vitamin d deficient, correcting with high dosage from my doctor. she says probably mild depression. is it more than this?

with your back ground problem i advice first to quit smoking , reduce your weight , adopt healthy life style , eat good food like fresh fruits , green leafy vegetables , dry fruits almond and wallnut , sea fish , do regular walking , yogas this all help you in overcoming mild depression also if at al you have mild depression
as you already have carotid artery diseases and tabacco use in form of smoking and overweight i also advice to under go once cardiac check up
