Sneezing, Coughing Up Slight Yellow Phlegm, Fluctuating Temperature. On Tylenol. Any Other Medication?
My temp has fluctuated between 100-99.1 and last night after cold/flu syrup that included Tylenol it dropped to 95. I have the same cold/flu syrup on board now and my temp is 99.1 --normally I run 98.6 ish healthy. I am sneezing achy coughing up phlegm mostly clear -slight tint of yellow - -and I stress slight. Should I consider another medication?

You may continue with tylenol and take an antihistaminic like loratadine. Take rest and drink warm liquids. You will recover soon. If symptoms do not improve in a day or two you may take a course of antibiotics after consulting your physician since you are bringing out yellow phlegm which indicates bacterial infection.
