Sneezing, Heaviness In Head. Taking Allegra. Help
Since last 1 month , I am suffering from sneezing problem, When I get up in morning, sneeze every 10 to 15 min. sporadically feel heaviness in head any time in the day and start sneezing for hours while even seating in AC room at office or at home. Taking Allegra feels comfortable for next 48 hours but it again starts after that. My details as requested are Age 31, hgt = 5ft 6 , Wgt 61Kg

it might be due to vasomotor rhinitis
vasomotor rhinitis where nasal mucosa is hyperreactive and responds to nonspecific stimuli like change in temperature and humidity , dust and smoke.
symptoms would be sneezing just after getting out of the bed in morning,
watery nasal discharge, nasal obstruction,dull headache.
treatment:
1 avoid physical factors change in temperature, dust, smoke
2 antihistaminics like levocetrizine 5 mg in night
3 if not controlled then budesonide nasal spray 2 sprays in each nostril two times day and titrate according to convience
4 if not at all controlled systemic steroids and surgical options are available
