Hello Buvana
you are suffering from Allergic Rhinitis and associated wheezy bronchitis.I think it is better you go for Budecort1.0mg respules by nebulizer regularly once a day for 15 days and take telecast-lc idaily for 1 month ,if you have Duanase nasal spray you continue to take,You must avoid air polutaion exposure. You are going to be all right soon.Otherwise you may take foracort 200 inhalors regularly. They are safe and effective.

Hi!
According to your history, I think you have an allergy to dust and also some food. So, you are suffering from " Allergic Rhinitis". Best treatment for allergy is to avoid the substance causing allergy. So you are advised to keep mask at nose during cleaning or you can use vacuum cleaning or instead of dry cleaning use wet moping method for cleaning. Try to find out which food causes allergic rhinitis and then avoid this food material.( you can also go for blood test for allergy, to find out the substance causing allergy in your body). Another treatment for allergic rhinitis is to use nasal spray regularly. Your breathing problem may be either due to blockage of nose (in this situation, if you will take breathing easily by keeping mouth open) or due to Asthma( in this condition, open mouth will not give any relief in breathing problem). There is high chances of asthma in a patient having allergic rhinitis. Consult chest physician for final diagnosis. Have a speedy recovery.

Hello Ms.Bhuvna, welcome to healthcare magic.
Allergy in the nasal passages with symptoms of recurrent sneezing and later on cough due to bronchospasm could be relieved by inhalers. Avoid dusty and cold places and whenever there is heavy phlegm production see a physician who will be able to prescribe antibiotics and releiver inhalers. A steroid inhaler regularly prevents freequent attacks.
Good luck
