Snoring, Sensation On Tongue Rolling Back. Have Braces. What Device Can Assist Me?

Are there any devices which can be worn by an adult with braces, who requires a device to prevent snoring? My current device also helps me sleep throughout the night, without awakening with the feeling of my tongue falling back into my throat. (I know that my current device, Silent Night, could not be worn with braces.)
