So For A Month I Had What Felt Like Moisture

So for a month I had what felt like moisture in my ears and abdominal pain. My reg Dr said I had a mild outer ear infection. A couple weeks later the pain in my ears was bad enough to warrant the ER. Turns out I had a UTI and he diagnosed me with mastoidis in both ears even though the didn't see anything wrong in my ears with a scope but since all the pain was for the most part 'behind' my ears this was the assumption. I've been on antibiotics for a week now and it felt like it was helping for awhile but today my left ear(my worst ear) feels particularly and my ears make crinkling noises when I yawn, so I'm assuming there is fluid but they aren't really clogged, no puss, nothing swollen. Just painful. And a slight fever.
I'm supposed to see my normal dr on the 15th but we're flying out on the 19th for a cruise. So I guess I'm trying to see if flying will still be OK. I should be off antibiotics by the 11th. But I'm concerned if they didn't actually help.
