So It Appears I Have A Cut In My Urthra,

So it appears i have a cut in my urthra, its been for 4 days now and only stings alot when i urinate. Today was the first day where i checked again and it seems as if there is yellowing in the cut about like 3 mm from the tip of my penis. It is painful and am starting to get worried about what it is or how it happened.
