Can A Small Cut On My Upper Lip From A Barber Cause An Infection, Even If They Disinfect Their Tools?

So today I went at barber shop and while cutting my mustache he made a small cut on my upper lip and started little bit blood flowing , is it possible to have any infection ? I asked them about hygin so they told that they disinfect everything after use.
