Soccer Ball Hit Ear, Ringing Sound Came. Having Hearing Difficulty. How To Rectify?

Hello i need some help.

2 days ago i got hit will a soccer ball directly to my right ear and once it happened i heard a ringing sound for 5 seconds or so. Then the ringing sound went away and then my right ear felt like all the air was pushed into it and it was as if i was underwater.

Now i find it hard to hear for a distance and when i hold my nose and breathe out i can hear air in my right ear struggling to force its way out.

What has happened and what shall I do?

Allergist and Immunologist 's  Response
there can be noise trauma or physical trauma causin temporary damage to nerve which give ringing sound
as the signal of both the ears are equally go to brain there is delay of signals in damaged nerve ear which can give counter effect on other ear
must consult ent doctor to find the exact damage by examinamining the ears physically
