Some Chest Pains With Headaches While On BP Pills

I ve had some chest pains todays I decided to take my blood pressure an hour ago and it was 147/122 and I just took it 5 mins ago and its 164/102 I am on bp pills and I do have a headache and I was wondering if I should go the hospital or not or should I still monitor it for a bit

Hi i read your query very carefully.

There's no need to go to the ER but only you have to monitor your blood pressure and you can take an extra water pill (if you have one).

I recommend consulting your cardiologist to adjust your BP therapy.
