Some White Color Infection Seen On Penis. Lot Of Itching During Night. Sperm Leaking While Sleeping. Treatment?
hello sir i am 26 years old, my name is rahul mishra. i have some sexual problem, some infection has happan in my panis some white color infected sceen in my panis & thier a lot itching in night time, i don t control when the itching in panis & whin i sleep as like i am doing some sexual job autometically & my spurm has fall. i very upsate for this, pls give me some treetment.

You seem to be having two health concerns here.
First, there is definitely an infection in the penis, which is causing the itching and the whitish color discharge. It most probably is a fungal infection with superadded bacterial infection. It is advisable to get culture and sensitivity of the discharge done and start on antibiotics.
Your second concern of having nightfall or the semen coming out automatically is a normal phenomenon. It happens in most men. You should not worry about this and this does not require treatment.

You are quite young......you did not write if you had any sexual contact recently. How long has been this problem? You are having pain, Redness and white discharge from penis alongwith itching.....That's more than enough to suggest that you have a serious urinary tract infection probably I guess a STD related UTI.
If you have been sexually exposed to sex workers or little known person then please also investigate yourself for HIV, Hepatitis, Chlamidia, Syphilis and Gonorrhea.
Right now get CBC, Urine microscopy, routine and culture and The gram stain and culture of discharge from penis.
You will need recommeded antibiotics course for two to ten days depending on your condition
