Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding feeling of some thing struck in throat with coughing up green phlegm and some times blood in phlegm.

Since you are having enlarge lymph nodes on your neck along with above symptoms therefore it becomes essential to get examine your throat by your ENT doctor to rule out any growth in your throat, If any growth is detected than biopsy becomes necessary to know the nature of disease.

Regards.
