Sometimes Suffer From Palpitations For Few Mins, Difficulty To Breathe. Are These Symptoms Of Congestive Heart Failure?

hello,

I am an 18 year old female, I do not suffer from asthma, obesity, or anxiety. However, this morning I woke up and had a very difficult time catching my breath. It took me about 30 minutes before I could breathe normally again. Not only was I short of breath, but I grew very weak, to the point I couldn't even sit up straight. this has never happened to me and I am very worried. My mom and grandfather both suffer from congestive heart failure, I'm worried that I may as well. I occasionally experience strong palpitations lasting anywhere from a few minutes, to hours. Please write back as soon as possible, I need to know if I should visit my doctor or not, Thankyou!
