Son Had Stroke On Right Side Last Year. He Has

Son had stroke on right side last year. He has since improved. He hsd physical therapy. Continues doctor's visits every 3 months. He has recently had swelling in both legs and feet. Doctor said he may have heart problem today. The swelling goes down and he trieds when walking too long. Could he have something else and not heart problem. ?v
