Sononmamography Shows Small Echogenic Lesion In Right Breast, Breast Parenchyma Shows Echogenic Lesion . Explain

Doctor,
I am 46 years old women, my sonomamography report is given below:
small echogenic lesion (6x5mms) seen in the right breast at 3 ) clock position.
rest of the Parenchyma shows normal fibro-glandular tissue.
breast parenchyma shows a small echogenic lesion (12x6mms) at 10 0 clock position.
Doctor I have any serious problems please tell me

The ecogenic lesions found in mamography can be
- A fibroadinitis of beast,which is mostly painful.Palpable.these nodules can be releaved by medicines.
-Atthis age it's aways better to get biopsy &histopathology of the lesion to exclude certain hazardous condition
Pl. don't worry .now adays anything &every thing is possible inmodern Medicine.Take care.Thanks.
