Sore Breasts, Enlarged, Milk Bumps Popping Out, Bloated Stomach, Light Bleeding. Had Tubal Ligation. Pregnant?

Over 8 years ago I had a tubal ligation. For the past 2-3 weeks my breasts have been sore, enlarged, etc. Also, my nipples have been in a constant state of extreme erection and milk bumps are popping out all over my areolas (sp?). My stomach has been bloated for 2-3 days, and my last period (more than 2 weeks ago) lasted about 2-3 hours total and then stopped. The bleeding was very light, and my periods usually last 5-7 days and are very regular. Is it possible that I might be pregnant? It is my understanding that it is rare, but I do know it can happen.

Hi, 8 years back you had tubal ligation means that you might be near menopause, and at this stage it is natural to have such changes. Any how you better have a pregnancy test to exclude pregnancy.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts and proteine rich foods, to build up blood, and resistance. Thank you.
