Sore Breasts, Frequent Urination, Food Cravings, Dark Discharge. Taking Mini Pill. Pregnant?

i am 21 years old , over the last week i have been showing all the pregnant signs very sore breasts , back back eating everything peeing loads , and strange food cravings , very moody, muscle pains and very very tired. i have the implant and i am also taking the mini pill along side it as i was constantly bleeding the bleeding had stopped with the mini pill but now i seem to be getting discharge thick and very dark there is no smell to it. what could this be could i be pregnant ? i toke a test and it was negitive im very confused?
