Sore Lump On Arm After Getting Shingles Vaccine. How Long Will This Last?

I received 'shingles' vaccine three days ago . I was on the underarm and it is sore and there is a lump. How long will this last and will there be any other things that could happen. Thank you Dr. Grief

Hi sore and lump is very common after taking any vaccination.it can be observed for one week it will subside by its own.if no response try saline compressers and thrombophobe ointment can be tried.if still no response use oral antibiotic twice daily and anti inflammatory agent twice daily
