Sore Nipples, Cramping In Lower Abdomen, Irregular Periods. No Periods Since August. Negative Pregnancy Tests

My nipples are very sore. I have some cramping in my lower abdomen. I have to urinate more than usual. I also have irregular periods and a negative at home pregnancy test. I haven't had a period since August, so I have no way of knowing if I'm late, but everything about what my body feels like is pointing to pregnancy. Could I have a false negative?
