Sore On The Pubis, No Itching,pain, Not Cured, Urine Leakage, Eczema, Immune System Not Good. Treatment Of Sore?

I have one non-painful, non-itchy small round bleeding sore on my mon pubis which when I treat with hydro peroxide and neosporin gets better but does not go away. I experience urine leakage and always wear pads and think this might be the problem. I also have excema and am an MS patient whose immune system is not great.. what is this?

Hi sore on the pubis which is red non painful non itchy can be granuloma pyogenicum or bartholin cyst.but diagnosis points more towards granuloma pyogenicum.no medical treatment works and the best treatment option is radiofrequency cautery even if it is bartholin cyst
