Sore Penis. Tender To Touch. What Is Going On?

I have a round open sore on my penis that is tender to touch it wasn t open until I swivel on it some. I remember having sex and thinking that it hurt because she was dry down there because we have been ha ING so much sex. Instead of dropout.g I.kept.going. I never had anything like this before. Could it just ne from her being dry and friction the sore is red around the.edges and tender to touch some?

Hi i think u are suffering from herpes progentalis.it presents as burning sensation followed by sore formation on penis.it should be treated by acyclovir 400 mg thrice daily and application of herpex skin ointment over the lesions can cure it.add zinc supplementation to increaee the immunity and decrease the recurrences of herpes.
