Sore Penis With Tear After Rough Sex, Painful. Have Psoriasis, Psortatic Arthritis

I have a new girlfriend of 3 to 4 weeks. We had some quite rushed and rough sex last Wednesday morning. Afterwards my penis felt very sore and I noticed there were a couple of small tears on my foreskin. By Saturday it had become very painful and several ulcer looking white dots (2 to 5 mm in diameter) had appeared inside the foreskin and head of the penis. I'm off to the GU clinic in the morning, I spoke to the girlfriend, she told me that she had a full STD test a couple of days after we first slept together and her results have come back negative. I have no discharge, nor any pain urinating, however I do seem to have a lot of smegma, dispute regular cleaning. I do have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of the foreskin (Posthatitis)due to dry vigorous rough sex
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic like Neosporin twice daily for local application over foreskin.
Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily.
Avoid sexual encounter till it gets cured completely.
