Sore, Red Patches On Scalp During Times Of Stress, Which Scab Over With Dry, Dead Skin. Remedy?

Every so often, and usually during times of stress, i get extremely sore 'angry' red patches on my scalp which appear to be infections of some kind. They are typically just a few mm in diameter and although they dont seem to weep, they do scab over after a couple of weeks and dry dead skin can be picked off. they seem to appear in the same locations. What are they and how can I treat them?

Hello. Seborrheic Skin Inflammation is a possible diagnosis.
It is a skin pathology that occurs in people with oily skin.
The most common trigger is stress.
In my opinion ketoconazole soap can be applied for treating lesions. Please consult your local doctor to confirm or exclude diagnosis and for prescription.
I wish you good health.
