Sore Right Breast Next To Or Under Nipple. Could It Be A Clogged Duct ?

Hi,
My right breast next to or under nipple is very sore has been for about 2 weeks. I dont recall hitting something, I am not pregnant or breast feeding. I have felt for lumps and dont feel any but does feel like a tight not when I lean forward sqeeze it under the nipple. Is it possible to have a clogged duct? Should I be concerned? Heat and message makes it feel better.No swelling, fever, or change on the service.

The local swelling of areolar region is very likely that could be due to contact dermatitis, it is not at all the clogged duct, apply some steroid containing cream beclometasone is drug of choice try it this will be fine soon have nice day.
