Sore Throat. Had Endometrial Ablation. What Could Be This?
Hello Thanks for consulting H.C.M. I read your query regarding sore throat which developed after one week of a surgical proceedure ( Endometrial ablation ). Here I would like to tell you that sore throat is not concern with your previous surgical proceedure i.e. endometrial ablation. This is a separate problem of throat which most of times found to be infective, may be viral or bacterial but some times it is allergic also. Now I would like to suggest you to do culture and sensitivity of throat swab to identify the causative organism and the appropriate antibiotic as per exitance of infection. In the meantime you may take- (a) Tab Paracetamol. (b) Tab cetrizine. (c) Warm saline gargling. I think your query had been answered. Regards.
