Sore Throat, Blocked Nose, Vomiting And Itchy Spots On The Body. Reason?

Hi

For neally four weeks I have been unwell, I started with sore throat blocked nose, then went to vomiting for 24 hours, now sheer exhaustion , I have under skin spots on back and torso an is really itchy, I keep getting really bad heaches, feel sick and am extremely thirsty, sometimes I can eat sometimes I can't, any ideas please thankyou

Dear,
As per the history you have given and the clinical findings you may be suffering with upper respiratory tract infection. you need to take broad spectrum antibiotic and analgesics with oral decongestants. as you are having excessive vomiting you need to take H2 blocker with antireflux treatment.
But still I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more query. i will be pleased to answer.
