Hello,

Welcome to health care magic forum.

Heavy Smoking can predispose to stomatitis nicotina type of lesion.

A thorough clinical evaluation as well as biopsy of the lesion will help to evaluate underlying condition.

Meanwhile,discontinue smoking.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Lycostar along with antibiotics has to be administered.

Hope this helps.
