Sore Throat, Headache And Sinus Pressure. Thick Yellow Mucus And Flesh And Blood While Clearing Throat. What Is It?

I woke up yesterday with a sore throat, low grade fever, pounding headache and sinus pressure but no coughing. I woke up this morning with the same symptoms but no fever. I felt the need to clear my throat and sinuses and out came a glob of thick yellow mucus and another, bigger, thicker glob that looked like mucus and flesh and contained blood. What could it have been?

This could be mucus from nose and throat.Actually mucus drips from nose into throat and gets collected there then in morning or after getting up you feel to clear it,and in hawking the mucosa gets injured and bleeds.
Take these medicines-
Tab. Roxithromycin twice daily
Tab. Mucinac 600 once daily
Tab. Ebastine/Loratidine +Phenylephereine /pseudoephedrine twice daily
Multivitamin
Xylometazoline nose drops 2 drops both nostril 2 times a day for 5 days only
Physiomer normal saline nasal spray 2 puffs both nostril 2 times a day
follow up after 5 days.
