Sore Throat, High Grade Fever Of 103, Chills, Trouble Swallowing, Strep Throat ?
My 11 year old son is having sore throat (or may be strep throat , pharyngitis etc., i don t Know) with high grade fever (on/off), Cough, little problem in swallowing , feeling of little chill was also there (two hours back). Right now, having 103 Temp. In XXXXX, its 6:40 A.M., no doctors are available right now, Pl suggest?

your son seems to have acute pharyngitis, pl take a course of tab moxykind 500mg three times a day for 5 days along with tab combiflam 1 tab three times a day for 3 days and then only when fever occurs, and rexidin gargles three times a day. syp asthakind 1 tsf three times a day.
he will be fine by 1 day
